By downloading, installing, or using Paribury Best ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Application.
Paribury Best is a service dependency visualization and analysis tool designed for development teams, architects, and system administrators. The Application allows users to create, visualize, and analyze service dependency graphs and architecture documentation.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Application for your personal or commercial use.

The Application operates entirely offline and stores all data locally on your device using UserDefaults. We do not collect, transmit, or share any personal information or user data. All architecture data created by you remains on your device and is under your complete control.

You are solely responsible for any content, data, or information you create, import, or store using the Application. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to use such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
The Application may include sample data (such as pre-configured scenarios) to help you understand its capabilities. You may modify or delete this sample data at any time.
The Application does not require internet connectivity, does not make network requests, and does not access any external APIs or services. All functionality is available offline.
The Application only requests document picker access for importing JSON files, which is standard iOS functionality for file selection. No other permissions are required.
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Application after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
